Yes, we deliver to all mainland Australian states and Tasmania. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address. If you're on a smaller island, get in touch before you order and we'll work something out.

Delivery times vary by location. As a guide: VIC is 3–4 working days, NSW 6–10, QLD 7–12, SA 5–7, WA 9–12, ACT 4–6, NT and TAS 9–12. Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm on your nominated business day. See our full Shipping and Returns policy for more details.

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund. Items need to be in their original packaging and unused. Get in touch at sales@billyfresh.com to arrange a return authorisation before sending anything back. Shipping costs both ways are deducted from the refund unless the item arrived damaged.
