All orders are to be directly placed through the Billy Fresh website and are subject to final approval. We may accept, refuse or cancel any order, regardless of whether or not an order confirmation has been received via email, for any reason deemed appropriate by Billy Fresh and without liability to you the customer or a third party.
Under no circumstances is Billy Fresh liable for loss and or further expenditure resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. Prior to confirming your order at checkout, as the customer it is your responsibility to provide Billy Fresh with the correct information required to create a billing invoice (full name, address – not a PO Box, e-mail address and telephone number) and ensure successful delivery of your purchased Billy Fresh product.

Billy Fresh accepts payment by the secure PayPal system. PayPal is a globally recognised payment gateway. You do not need to be a PayPal member to pay by credit card, simply click on the link above the credit card symbols to pay via credit card. When you place your order your debit or credit card is charged the whole amount due inclusive of 'Goods and Services Tax (GST)' and freight.
By using the Pay Pal service, customers have a simpler way to pay for purchases without sharing financial information and with the flexibility to pay using their account balance or credit card. Your financial information is never exposed to Billy Fresh and you can be confident in PayPal's 100% protection.

An order confirmation will be generated and emailed to you once the Pay/Confirm button is clicked on the checkout page. By placing an order on the Billy Fresh website with a credit card, you acknowledge that you are the card owner and that the card name is in your name, or have permission from the cardholder to utilise the credit card for this transaction.
Whist every care is taken to make sure that products and delivery details listed on the order confirmation are correct and reflect the customers buying decision. As a fail-safe procedure we do ask that customer cross-check that both products and delivery details are correct. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org should any of the listed items, customer/delivery information not be correct on the order confirmation, should you wish to alter the delivery address or have any other purchase related query.
Payments made outside Australia in any currency other than Australian Dollars will be subject to foreign exchange rates equal to the purchased amount in Australian dollars, a service offered by PayPal.
Our preferred freight and logistics carrier delivers to every major Australian city. Orders over four cartons will require rate confirmation by Billy Fresh prior to order acceptance. Please submit any freight related enquiries to email@example.com.
While every effort is made to ensure that purchased products are delivered to our customers as soon as possible, national delivery can take up to seven working days from the date of purchase. All consignment rates include automatic freight cover for the purchased product from time of dispatch to delivery.
The customer is deemed to have accepted delivery of the purchased product once the freight carrier has notified Billy Fresh of consignment delivery to the premises stipulated on the invoice. Should the customer choose another carrier other than that preferred by Billy Fresh, the difference in cost will be charged to the customer.
Delivery times quoted are estimates only. Billy Fresh accepts no liability for delayed delivery of any product.
Subject to law, Billy Fresh at its discretion may refuse to supply the customer with any purchased product.
Due to varying international freight rates any purchase requiring international delivery will require rate confirmation by Billy Fresh prior to order acceptance. Please submit any international freight related enquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Purchased products that are deemed to be faulty out of box or covered under warranty are to be returned to Billy Fresh with written information explaining the defect if not obvious from initial inspection, a copy of the relevant invoice and/or warranty information along with the original purchaser's details including name and address. Freight charges associated with the return of products must be paid by the customer unless otherwise specified and approved by Billy Fresh. All products must be returned in their original packaging. Damage incurred during freight return to Billy Fresh will fall under the responsibility of the customer. Once the product has been returned and assessed as being defective at purchase by Billy Fresh, a replacement, credit note or refund will be provided at the request of the customer in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law subject to availability of product stock.
Complaints and claims relating to the incorrect supply that does not correlate to the customers invoice must be submitted to Billy Fresh in writing within seven days of the purchase date. After this period the customer is deemed to have accepted the product, Billy Fresh will not liable for any expenses associated with incorrectly supplied products after this time.
No cancellations shall be accepted by Billy Fresh unless consent in writing has been provided to the customer to such cancellation. A cancellation charge may apply as determined by Billy Fresh, which will indemnify Billy Fresh against all loss. Billy Fresh will not accept cancelation on any product that is not in regular stock and is in the process of manufacture or shipment.
Any product sample provided to a customer does not constitute a sale under contract. The customer accepts that the sample is taken at their own risk.
